Great Lakes Integrated Network IPA (GLIN IPA) in Buffalo, NY is seeking a Manager, Analytics to lead a team responsible for modeling for provider and payer contracting, value-based reimbursement design, quality, healthcare economics, and ongoing financial performance monitoring.

This full-time role requires advanced analytics, strategy development, and close collaboration with Finance and Operations to support IPA growth and enterprise profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in healthcare or insurance analytics.
• 5+ years in people, team, and process management.
• Proficiency with SQL, Excel, Tableau or Power BI.
• Microsoft Office suite proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of analysts, including recruiting, training, and development to achieve staff results.
• Develop analyses to support strategic decisions, forecasting, and long-range planning for IPA growth.
• Support contract negotiations and payer strategy to meet financial goals.
• Create analytic models using Excel and Tableau for value-based programs across multiple lines of business.
• Collaborate with IT on data initiatives and provide cross-functional analytic support.
