Collectors is seeking an Analytics Manager to scale PSA's business through data-driven strategies. You will own core data models, partner with engineering and product, and build automated dashboards to guide executive decisions. The role demands deep SQL expertise, data visualization proficiency, and strong stakeholder communication.

You'll drive growth initiatives, leverage marketing/product analytics, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with autonomy and strategic insight.

Formación

• 5+ years in a relevant product, data, or analytics role, ideally in consumer tech Marketplace or Ecommerce
• Marketplace or ecommerce background is a plus
• Expert SQL skills and ability to build data abstractions for reporting/analysis
• Experience building data pipelines with dbt is a plus
• Strong visualization skills with tools like Tableau/Looker/Mode
• Strong written and verbal communication; highly organized and detail oriented
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
• Highly autonomous with bias for action and comfort with ambiguity

Responsabilidades

• Develop and improve core data models to support reporting and analytics across an integrated platform for buying, vaulting, and selling collectibles
• Conduct in-depth analyses to optimize customer experience flows and inform business strategy
• Partner with data platform, engineering and product to define key metrics
• Build automated reports and dashboards to evaluate business performance for executives
• Lead growth initiatives using strategic insights to drive business impact
