ALDP is a 4-5-year leadership development program built around three 12-18-month rotations across analytics, data science, and AI teams supporting our businesses. Over the course of the program, you will:
This position is based in one of the following office locations: Bloomfield, CT | Morris Plains, NJ | Raleigh, NC. The role requires a hybrid work schedule, with a minimum of three days per week working onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday, and one additional day of the employee’s choice), and the option to work the remaining days remotely. Relocation assistance is not offered, and employees must be able to meet the onsite schedule for their assigned office location.
You must be available to work a 40-hour work week beginning July 12, 2027. Working days are Monday - Friday.
One goal of this leadership development program is to prepare and identify qualified candidates for leadership roles with The Cigna Group upon program completion. Therefore, this position is open only to individuals who are eligible for employment in the United States and who do not now, or in the future, require visa sponsorship including, but not limited to, H-1B, CPT/OPT/STEM.
For this position, we anticipate offering a base salary of $111,000 with a competitive benefit package.
Selected candidates will be required to complete mandatory pre-employment tasks approximately 45 days prior to the program start date. Completion of the drug test requires availability within the United States during this timeframe.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 86,600 - 144,300 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
