The Cigna Group, along with its wholly owned subsidiary Evernorth, is hiring a class of full-time associates for its Analytics Leadership Development Program (ALDP). The ALDP seeks to develop future analytics leaders for The Cigna Group and Evernorth. We believe data, analytics, and artificial intelligence are the critical to solve healthcare’s greatest challenges, and we’re committed to hiring and training the next generation of leaders who will combine their advanced technical skills—including AI and machine learning—with business acumen, communication, and leadership to tackle those huge societal challenges.
The Cigna Group's Analytics Leadership Development Program is seeking curious, driven individuals who are eager to learn, grow and lead. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or those early in their careers who are excited to apply their academic knowledge in analytics, data science and AI. The ALDP is designed to support your transition from academia to industry in which the framework allows for continued development through participation in a series of rotations. Associates are able to focus on key data, machine learning, and analytical competencies during the 4–5 year program. ALDP’s formalized structure is comprised of technical and non-technical skills training, networking opportunities, formal mentoring, and use of cutting-edge analytical and AI tools. Program rotations are typically 12–18 months in length and span all areas of The Cigna Group’s Data and Analytics organization.
Locations: ALDP Associates are expected to work in-person the majority of the time—defined as more than 50% of each workweek. Applicants should be prepared to be aligned to one of the following office locations: Bloomfield, CT | Raleigh, NC | Morris Plains, NJ | Philadelphia, PA | Austin, TX
You must be available to work a 40-hour work week beginning July 12, 2027. Working days are Monday – Friday.
One goal of this leadership development program is to prepare and identify qualified candidates for leadership roles with The Cigna Group upon program completion. Therefore, this position is open only to individuals who are eligible for employment in the United States and who would not require visa support including H-1B or CPT/OPT/STEM, etc., now or in the future.
For this position, we anticipate offering a base salary of $105,000 with a competitive benefit package. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 86,600 - 144,300 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location. This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan. At The Cigna Group, you’ll enjoy a comprehensive range of benefits, with a focus on supporting your whole health.
