Job summary

Delta Air Lines, Inc. seeks an Analytics Leader to transform operational data into actionable insights for OCC Strategy. You will partner with multiple stakeholders, lead strategic studies, and develop dashboards to guide planning and performance improvements.

The role requires strong communication, analytical rigor, and the ability to influence leadership decisions through data-driven storytelling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics, BI, operations analysis, or strategy experience.
• Experience leading analytical projects from problem definition to implementation.
• Experience handling large datasets and influencing decisions with data.
• Strong quantitative and communication skills.
• Proficiency presenting to leadership audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary analytical partner to OCC Strategy for planning and performance evaluations.
• Lead analytics for Winter/Summer/ station planning, including weather impacts and constraints.
• Translate findings into recommendations to improve seasonal execution.
• Partner to lead AARs, retrospectives, and operational scorecards.
• Develop measurement frameworks and dashboards to track performance.
