Delta's OP&P Crew Planning & Performance team is responsible for maximize crew availability by forecasting demand and optimally placing supply, delivering analytical insights to improving Delta's operational performance. The broader team links planning decisions to crew performance outcomes to continuously improve results, scales and standardizes best practices across the pilot and flight attendant crew divisions, and connects the dots between crew performance and the broader operation / enterprise. The Senior Analyst will be asked to work closely with leaders on the IFS and FOP Crew teams, as well as the broader OP&P organization to develop creative solutions to current challenges. We are looking for data curious individuals who seek to understand process and can connect with our business partners to leverage data and drive improvement.
