Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong business acumen, statistical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with SQL, Python, Excel, PowerPoint and dashboarding tools like PowerBI/Tableau.
• Excellent written, presentation, and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of IFS & FOP crew planning processes and reserve planning.
• Lead development of new planning processes and improve existing ones.
• Extract data from diverse sources for analysis and model development; communicate findings to senior leadership.
