Job summary

Blue Matter in South San Francisco, CA is seeking a Manager in the Analytics practice to lead client engagements end-to-end—owning the quality of analytical delivery, developing your team, and building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.

You will oversee onshore and offshore teams, design complex analytical solutions across forecasting, market access analytics, and commercial modeling, and drive growth opportunities within existing accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field, life sciences, or business is required.
• Advanced degree (PhD, MD, MBA, or MS) in a quantitative field is preferred.
• Experience in managing teams and client relationships in consulting or professional services.
• Experience in specialty therapeutics (oncology or rare disease) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple concurrent client engagements with on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Oversee project teams (onshore and offshore) and ensure alignment to client objectives.
• Develop project plans, manage finances, and monitor risk throughout the lifecycle.
• Lead design and execution of complex analytical solutions across BMI’s offerings.
• Engage with senior stakeholders, present analyses and strategic implications.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop junior team members and contribute to firm capabilities.
