Blue Matter in South San Francisco is seeking an Associate / Associate Consultant in the Analytics practice. You'll deliver data-driven solutions to pharma clients, building analytical skills and contributing to impactful work.

The ideal candidate should possess proficiency in Python, R, or SQL, with strong analytical and communication skills. The role offers competitive salary and benefits, including a generous incentive structure.

Competenze

• 1–4 years of experience in quantitative analytics, preferably within life sciences consulting.
• Demonstrated accountability, attention to detail, and strong time management.
• Foundational understanding of pharmaceutical commercial operations is preferred.

• Execute analyses leveraging secondary data sources and primary research outputs.
• Build and maintain analytical models under the guidance of senior team members.
