Job summary

Deloitte GPS seeks a Project Lead Analytics and Insights Engineer II to design and deliver data-driven dashboards and analytic solutions for enterprise operations and leadership decision-making.

You will develop pipelines, apply ML and statistics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions. A Secret clearance and US work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software and analytics tool development experience with production-grade applications.
• 5+ years applying statistics, ML and advanced data analysis to business problems.
• 5+ years designing data architectures, pipelines, databases, APIs and scalable solutions.
• 4+ years building dashboards with Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
• 5+ years SDLC experience including requirements, testing and deployment.
• 5+ years collaboration with senior leaders and cross-functional teams; strong communication.
• Experience supporting Navy and willingness to travel 5–15%.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; active Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain production-grade dashboards and data-driven solutions.
• Apply statistics, ML, and data visualization to deliver actionable leadership insights.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines, databases, APIs, and analytics platforms with governance.
• Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Advise senior leadership on data management strategies and performance metrics.
