Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years in IT engineering, with system design and infrastructure focus.
• 2+ years in a leadership/managerial role with team-building experience.
• Strong networking, cloud, virtualization, cybersecurity, and database skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of IT engineers, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Plan, design, and implement IT infrastructure, systems, and applications for scalability, reliability, and security.
• Collaborate with departments to define IT requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption to stay competitive.
• Maintain engineering standards, policies, and procedures for efficiency and compliance.
• Monitor performance and optimize IT systems to mitigate risks.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts to ensure SLAs and value.
