What you'll be doing
Leverage data from the warehouse to uncover insights into user behavior and identify opportunities to boost product engagement. Maintain and adapt Tableau dashboards to evolving business needs. Analyze member activity—including engagement, acquisition, retention, and revenue—to inform strategic decisions. Conduct ongoing product and marketing performance analyses, using tools to track customer journeys and improve user experience. Collaborate with BI and Engineering teams to resolve data issues and ensure data quality. Present insights to team members to guide business strategy and investments.
Experian Consumer Services is seeking a Data Analyst II to lead user behavior reporting and deliver actionable insights across teams. This hands-on role involves translating business needs into data questions, writing complex SQL queries, and building reports and dashboards.
