Job Summary

Responsibilities

1. Support the development and implementation of strategic technology initiatives.
2. Participate actively in the SDLC; analyze requirements, create workflow diagrams, understand system capabilities, and write specifications.
3. Collaborate proactively with scrum team members including product owners, developers, and QA staff, serving as a liaison across the company.

Qualifications

1. Four-year degree required.
2. CCBA or CBAP certification preferred.
3. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Analysis; 1 year plus certification considered.
4. Experience in P&C Insurance domain, especially in underwriting, billing, or claims, is preferred.
5. Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint).
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable presenting to large groups.

This position supports remote work in Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Mississippi, Nevada, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia. Travel to Montgomery headquarters may be required for meetings or training.
