Interactive Brokers is seeking an analytics engineer to design data models, pipelines, and dashboards for marketing analytics and client acquisition. You will collaborate with marketers, analysts, and data engineers to turn large marketing datasets into actionable insights and scalable reporting solutions.

The role emphasizes data modeling, attribution, and governance across marketing/sales analytics, using Snowflake and Tableau within a cloud data warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a quantitative field and 3+ years in analytics engineering or BI roles.
• Strong SQL and data modeling for cloud data warehouses.
• Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines with large datasets.
• Dashboarding/Reporting experience with Tableau or similar BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable data models, semantic layers, and analytics datasets for marketing, sales, and BI initiatives.
• Build enterprise reporting for campaign measurement, funnel analytics, and attribution.
• Develop ETL/ELT pipelines integrating marketing, CRM, web analytics, and sales data from multiple sources.
• Model and transform large-scale datasets in Snowflake and optimize performance.
• Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs, attribution methodologies, and reporting requirements.
• Build dashboards and self-service analytics using Tableau and other BI tools.
• Improve data quality, governance, and documentation across marketing/sales reporting.
• Analyze acquisition performance, lead conversion, retention, and campaign effectiveness to surface insights.
