Job summary

PermitFlow, an applied AI company redefining how America builds, is seeking an Analytics Engineer in a hybrid NYC-based role. You will design and maintain scalable data infrastructure, pipelines, and governance to support business intelligence across the organization.

You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate data from multiple sources, build dashboards, and enable self-serve analytics for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of analytics engineering, data engineering, or data analytics experience.
• Strong proficiency in PostgreSQL, SQL, and dbt.
• Experience with ETL pipelines and modern data stack tools.
• Advanced programming skills in Python or similar languages.
• Experience designing data models and scalable data warehouses for analytics.
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality practices.
• Strong communication and collaboration with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable data models for analytics and reporting.
• Build and maintain data pipelines to transform datasets for analytics.
• Integrate data from CRM, vendors, and internal sources with performance focus.
• Implement data governance, data quality checks, and data lineage tracking.
• Deliver analytics solutions, dashboards, and user training on data tools.
• Manage and optimize the data stack to support scalable reporting.
