Job summary

PermitFlow is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to partner with Customer Success and Operations, turning questions into dashboards that scale our teams’ performance. You will collaborate with senior leaders, write dbt models, and own self-serve analytics across the org.

You’ll work on reports that speed permit turnarounds, improve retention, and drive strategic decisions in a fast-growing construction AI company. This role is based in NYC with a hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in analytics or BI.
• Experience turning data into actionable insights.
• Ability to model data and build dashboards.
• Familiarity with dbt and modern data stacks.

Responsibilities

• Own analytics for Customer Success and Operations.
• Deliver dashboards and reports; prioritize high-impact asks.
• Collaborate with leadership to measure success and drive retention.
• Translate requests into PRDs and guide analytics strategy.
