You will lead projects to design, develop, and implement performance metrics and analytics, assist with ad-hoc requests, and develop SOPs while ensuring data accuracy and quality. This role leverages SQL, Tableau, and low-code tools in a healthcare context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2-5 years of experience preferred.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Ability to gather requirements from stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop tools to improve workflow and customer experience.
• Lead projects to design, develop, and implement analytics and metrics.
