Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Product Manager for Product and Solutions Marketing Analytics to provide BI support to internal teams serving retail independent customers. The role focuses on developing tools, metrics, and analytics to inform leadership decisions and improve workflows.

The candidate will gather requirements, lead analytics projects, ensure data accuracy, and mentor junior analysts, leveraging Tableau, SSMS/SSRS, and other BI tools to deliver meaningful reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience preferred.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Experience gathering requirements from stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to learn and resolve unfamiliar technical challenges.
• Proficiency in querying and analyzing data for reporting and decision support.
• Experience with data visualization and dashboard tools (Tableau, SSMS/SSRS, BI tools).
• Understanding of relational databases, MS-SQL knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop tools to improve workflow and customer experience for internal teams.
• Lead projects to design and implement solutions and metrics for performance insights.
• Handle ad-hoc requests and maintain SOPs and documentation.
• Monitor data quality and accuracy across systems.
• Mentor less experienced analysts in technical skills.
