Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Product Manager for Product and Solutions Marketing Analytics to provide BI support to internal solutions teams serving retail independent customers.

You will work with internal teams to develop tools to improve workflow and customer experience, and lead projects to design, develop, and implement solutions and performance metrics that inform leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 2–5 years of experience, preferably in analytics or marketing.
• Experience gathering requirements from stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to learn and resolve technical challenges quickly.
• Strong problem-solving with a proactive, research-driven approach.
• Experience with querying, manipulating, and aggregating data for reporting.
• Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools (SSMS/SSRS, Tableau, BO, Alteryx).
• Healthcare or Pharmacy related experience is a plus.
• Experience with low/no-code applications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work with internal teams to develop tools to improve workflow and customer experience.
• Lead projects to design, develop, and implement solutions and metrics for leadership.
• Assist with ad-hoc requests and maintain SOPs and documentation.
• Monitor data quality and accuracy across systems.
• Mentor less experienced analysts and share technical skills.
