Job summary

BI WORLDWIDE in Minneapolis is seeking an Analytics Design Director to lead client-focused analytics design initiatives. This individual contributor role guides strategy discussions and designs analytic solutions addressing business needs.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in analytics and consulting, a BA in data science/math/statistics (MS preferred), and strong communication skills to articulate complex results to clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Math, or Statistics (Master's Degree preferred).
• 7+ years of analytics, statistical modeling, and/or insights projects.
• 3+ years consulting with customers designing analytic solutions.
• Demonstrated consulting skills -- ability to build personal credibility.
• Expertise in designing and conducting data analysis / data modeling projects.
• Practical knowledge of analytical modeling techniques and statistics.
• Business acumen - apply insights to client business issues.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience writing compelling proposals.

Our Decision Sciences team is seeking a talented Analytics Design Director to join their team; this is an individual contributor role. This role will be an Analytics subject matter expert who uses their expertise to guide internal and external clients through business strategy discussions and designs analytic solutions to address business needs.

Responsibilities of this position will include:

Base Salary Range: $125,000.00 to $140,000.00. Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant's background, experience, and skills.
