Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks an Applications Service Delivery Analytics Specialist to design, develop, and enhance analytics, dashboards, and reporting solutions for AMS performance and governance.

You will implement data models, automation, and reporting processes for capacity planning and performance tracking, analyze trends and risks, and support continuous improvement initiatives with global teams, with potential hybrid work near MN headquarters and up to 5% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; 5+ years in analytics, reporting, or operational performance metrics within IT service management, managed services, or similar environments.
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI), data analysis, and enterprise system data integration.
• Familiarity with Jira, ITIL, SQL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and improve analytics, dashboards, and reporting solutions for AMS performance.
• Implement data models, automation, and reporting processes for service capacity planning and performance tracking.
