Job summary

UMass Amherst is seeking an Assistant Director of Analytics and Assessment in the Isenberg School of Management. The role focuses on coordinating data-informed analytics projects, building dashboards, and communicating insights to support decision making and strategic planning.

You will manage teaching load reporting, collaboration across departments, and contribute to accreditation and outcomes assessment efforts. Hybrid work with some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in business analytics.
• Ability to analyze data and present insights clearly.
• Experience with data visualization and dashboards.
• Experience with Excel and data reporting tools.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement data-informed analytics projects for ISOM.
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor admissions, enrollment, and faculty utilization.
• Maintain and update teaching load data and reporting for leadership.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across ISOM and the university.
• Support AACSB accreditation surveys and learning outcomes assessment.
• Supervise up to 2 student staff and interns.
• Plan data trainings for faculty and staff.
