Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including breaking complex needs into parts.
Interest in using AI-assisted development tools to build practical technical solutions.
Ability to learn new tools through hands-on application.

Responsibilities

Analyze identified business and user needs, including workflows, business rules, data requirements, dependencies, and exceptions.
Translate analysis into development-ready requirements, technical context, manageable tasks, and acceptance criteria.
Identify gaps, assumptions, or unclear requirements and work with project team members to resolve them.
Use approved AI-assisted development tools to build and refine code, queries, report components, automations, tests, prototypes, features, or enhancements.
Translate specifications into structured context, instructions, constraints, and examples that guide AI-assisted development.
Troubleshoot and refine technical solutions through iteration, testing, and engineering feedback.
Apply established development, data, security, privacy, and governance guidelines.
Extending AI harnesses and embed AI into existing software to reach enterprise data and services so they can both answer questions and take action within established integration, security, and governance guidelines.
Critically review AI-generated code and technical output for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with requirements.
Test solutions against business rules, acceptance criteria, expected data results, and intended user outcomes.
Identify defects, incomplete logic, data concerns, limitations, and unintended behavior.
Document results and revise solutions based on testing and technical review.
Participate in project working sessions, technical reviews, demonstrations, and feedback discussions.
Document requirements, technical decisions, testing results, limitations, and user guidance.
Communicate progress, findings, questions, and risks to project team members.
Perform additional duties or special projects as assigned.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Analytics and AI Solutions Intern

2027 Summer Internship: May 31, 2027 - August 20, 2027

Location – Thisis a hybrid role, which means that you will have the flexibility to work bothonsite and at a distance. You will collaborate onsite at our Cashton, WIoffice for 3-5days per week,and therest of the time you can choose to work remotely or onsite.

Summary of Role

The Analytics and AI Solutions Intern willsupport active software, reporting, and analytics projects using AI-assisteddevelopment tools and techniques. Working with software engineers, analyticsengineers, and internal stakeholders, the intern will analyze identified needs,translate them into development-ready specifications, and build and testclearly scoped technical solutions.

This role is designed for a strong analyticalproblem solver who is interested in using AI tools to build software,reporting, analytics, and automation solutions. Prior coding experience ispreferred but less important than the ability to structure problems, evaluateresults, learn technical concepts, and improve solutions through iteration.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

ProductAnalysis and Development Specification

Analyze identified business and user needs, including workflows, business rules, data requirements, dependencies, and exceptions.
