Builders Mutual Insurance Company is seeking an Analytics Analyst to support data analysis and reporting. The role partners with stakeholders to gather requirements and transform data for insights, with dashboards and reports to communicate findings.

Ideal candidates have SQL, Excel, and BI tool experience, and can work in a hybrid Raleigh setup with two days in the office and three remote days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 0-3 years of related experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document data requirements from stakeholders.
• Extract, clean, and transform data from multiple sources for analysis.
• Perform basic statistical analyses and data mining to identify trends.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools.
• Support ad-hoc data analysis requests from business users.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in reporting.
