Alcami is seeking a Senior Scientist I to perform analytical routine and non-routine testing in pharmaceutical product development or manufacturing, using HPLC, dissolution, GC, titrations, UV, AA and IR methods within a cGMP framework.

This on-site, 1st shift role requires strong documentation, method development/validation, data analysis, client interaction, audits support, and strict safety adherence, with up to 5% domestic travel. Experience with Empower software is a plus.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry with 8+ years of experience.
Master’s degree with 4+ years or Ph.D. with 2+ years.
2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical drug product development under cGMP.

Mansioni

Uses advanced techniques (potencies, dissolution, impurities) and wet chemistry measurements.
Develops and validates methods, test procedures, and reports.
Understands the theoretical basis of methods and validates instrumentation.
Analyzes data for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Interacts with clients and supports audits/regulatory reviews.
Leads investigations and root-cause analysis.
Ensures safe, compliant work environment and 5% travel as needed.
