Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field is required.
• 6+ years of experience in analytical chemistry techniques.
• 3+ years of experience leading teams or managing complex projects.
• Experience with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of analytical scientists to deliver high-quality data and insights.
• Plan and deliver analytical projects and service contracts with aligned resources and timelines.
• Design and improve analytical methods, workflows, and quality programs to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with research, operations, and commercial teams to translate needs into clear scopes of work.
• Foster a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement.
• Set performance expectations, coach team members, and create growth opportunities.
• Manage budgets, equipment, and staffing for the analytical solutions area.
• Present complex findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
