Job summary

Pace Labs in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a lab-based analyst to support routine pharmaceutical analytical testing and product development. You will execute LC-based analyses, prepare samples, and ensure meticulous documentation to advance our animal health research programs.

The role emphasizes accuracy, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and adherence to SOPs and regulatory guidelines in a fast-paced lab environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology or related field.
• Ability to perform high-volume, accurate and reproducible pipetting.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail and learning agility.

Responsibilities

• Execute sample testing using LC methods (HPLC/UPLC/LC-MS) and related assays.
• Prepare samples, standards, controls, and reagents for analytical testing.
• Document work clearly in batch records or ELNs and present data to peers.
