Qualifications

• PhD-level scientist with deep knowledge of analytical chemistry and materials characterization.
• Hands-on lab experience with analytical instrumentation and data-driven problem solving.
• Strong documentation and data management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop characterization techniques for materials and processes to link to device performance.
• Establish structure–property relationships through mechanism studies and method development.
• Improve existing analytical methods for accuracy, repeatability, throughput and robustness.
• Develop, validate, and standardize analytical test methods and perform Gage R&R.
