Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science or related field.
• 5–6+ years of industrial experience in scientific/engineering discipline.
• Experience with experimental design and statistics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and optimize electrophoretic inks for high-performance applications.
• Investigate pigment-modification chemistries including surface-functionalization.
• Establish structure–property relationships for ink components and formulations.
• Evaluate repeatability and reproducibility of ink formulations and pathways.
• Plan and execute experiments; analyze and present results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical and business needs.
• Document designs, procedures, and specifications in the document-control system.
