WaveCrest Staffing Group is seeking an experienced Analytical Scientist to support an Analytical Sciences laboratory in a pharmaceutical setting. The role focuses on hands-on HPLC/UPLC and dissolution testing to advance drug product testing and development.

The candidate will analyze chromatographic data, communicate results to the team, and troubleshoot under senior scientist guidance while applying GMP and data integrity principles.

Competenze

• BS in Analytical Chemistry or related field with 4–6 years of experience; MS with 1–3 years or PhD with 0–2 years considered.
• Hands-on analytical laboratory experience, including chromatography.
• Required: HPLC/UPLC and dissolution experience.
• Experience with chromatographic data analysis and integration.
• Experience with ELN systems and electronic laboratory data.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred; GMP knowledge and data integrity also valued.

Mansioni

• Perform analytical testing of drug products and APIs using HPLC/UPLC and dissolution.
• Analyze chromatographic and spectroscopic data and present findings to the team.
• Support analytical testing and troubleshooting under guidance of senior scientists.
• Apply regulatory and GMP knowledge to laboratory activities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and manage laboratory responsibilities.
