WaveCrest Staffing Group is seeking an experienced Analytical Scientist to support an Analytical Sciences laboratory in a pharmaceutical setting. The role focuses on hands-on HPLC/UPLC and dissolution testing to advance drug product testing and development.

The candidate will analyze chromatographic data, communicate results to the team, and troubleshoot under senior scientist guidance while applying GMP and data integrity principles.

Qualifikationen

• BS in Analytical Chemistry or related field with 4–6 years of experience; MS with 1–3 years or PhD with 0–2 years considered.
• Hands-on analytical laboratory experience, including chromatography.
• Required: HPLC/UPLC and dissolution experience.
• Experience with chromatographic data analysis and integration.
• Experience with ELN systems and electronic laboratory data.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred; GMP knowledge and data integrity also valued.

Responsibilities

• Perform analytical testing of drug products and APIs, primarily using HPLC/UPLC and dissolution techniques
• Analyze chromatographic and spectroscopic data and present findings to the team
• Support analytical testing and troubleshooting under the guidance of senior scientists
• Apply technical, regulatory, and GMP knowledge to laboratory activities
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams while managing laboratory responsibilities independently
• Communicate results and technical findings clearly and accurately

Key Requirements

• BS in Analytical Chemistry or related field with 4–6 years of relevant experience; MS with 1–3 years or PhD with 0–2 years also considered
• Hands-on analytical laboratory experience, including chromatography
• Required: HPLC/UPLC and dissolution experience
• Experience with chromatographic data analysis and integration
• Empower software or similar chromatographic data systems preferred
• Experience with ELN systems and electronic laboratory data
• Strong ability to analyze raw data, create graphs, and communicate results
• Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
• Knowledge of GMP, data integrity, quality, and compliance
• UV, spectroscopy, statistics, Excel/Minitab, and dissolution studies are a plus
