Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on small-molecule analysis with HPLC/UPLC, method execution, stability assessment, troubleshooting, and data analysis.
• Experience in a non-GxP research environment.
• Experience with OpenLab CDS.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and non-routine UPLC/HPLC analyses to support medium-throughput stability studies.
• Prepare, evaluate, and document small-molecule formulations for preclinical studies.
• Coordinate compound ordering, receipt, inventory, tracking, and analysis across multiple programs to meet project timelines.
• Optimize chromatographic methods and maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot instruments to ensure efficient operation and reliable data.
• Analyze and review data in OpenLab CDS; maintain accurate records, complete quality checks, upload results to designated databases, and communicate findings to project teams.

Pay: $44/hour

Shift: Monday-Friday 1st Shift

Employment Type: Full Time; 12 month contract with strong possibility for extension

• Perform routine and non-routine UPLC/HPLC analyses to support medium-throughput stability studies and related workflows.
• Prepare, evaluate, and document small-molecule formulations for preclinical studies.
• Coordinate compound ordering, receipt, inventory, tracking, and analysis across multiple programs to meet project timelines.
• Optimize chromatographic methods and maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot instruments to ensure efficient operation and reliable data.
• Analyze and review data in Agilent OpenLab CDS; maintain accurate records, complete quality checks, upload results to designated databases, and communicate findings to project teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in chemistry of a related scientific field with 4 years of hands‑on laboratory experience in a pharmaceutical environment OR Master’s degree in Chemistry of a related scientific field with 2+ years of hands‑on experience in a pharmaceutical environment.
• Demonstrated hands‑on experience with small‑molecule analysis, HPLC and UPLC system operation, method execution, stability assessment, troubleshooting, and chromatographic data analysis. Experience supporting medium‑throughput workflows is required.
• Must have experience working in a non‑GXP research environment.
