Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Biology, Biochemistry, Bioengineering, or a related field with 0–2 years of industry experience, or MS with 7+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong background in protein science and demonstrated ability to independently develop, optimize, and troubleshoot analytical assays.
• Broad hands-on experience with protein characterization techniques and analytical instrumentation.
• Strong attention to detail and scientific problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs in a dynamic environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands‑on analytical testing (SEC, HIC, IEX, RPC) and related tech.
• Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot analytical methods for proteins and conjugates.
• Characterize CQAs: purity, aggregation, size, charge variants.
• Support payload-related analytics using HPLC and CE-based methods.
• Prepare samples, set up assays, and analyze data for routine workflows.
