Job summary

Sanofi seeks an Analytical Sciences Director for the Cambridge, MA site to drive analytical development for synthetic small molecules and solid oral dosage forms. You will lead strategies, develop technologies, and mentor a cross-functional team across DS/DP and regulatory submissions.

The role requires senior-level expertise in analytical chemistry, GMP knowledge, and a strong track record in CTD submissions.

Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD with at least 10+ years in pharmaceutical analytical sciences.
• 3+ years of people management and leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of ICH, EMA/FDA regulations and regulatory dossier submissions.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytical sciences activities for Synthetic/Small Molecules and Solid Oral Dosage Forms.
• Drive digital transformation and innovation in the analytical sciences.
• Oversee resource allocation and outsourcing strategies in line with CMC priorities.
• Develop and coach a high-performing, responsible analytical sciences team.
