Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 15+ years in industry
• Master's degree with 13+ years in industry
• PhD with 7+ years in industry
• Experience in synthetic small molecule DS process development and pivotal design
• Experience leading cross-functional development teams in a matrix environment

Responsibilities

• Provide cross-functional DSL leadership for late-stage synthetic molecule programs
• Lead PVL strategy from PCA through late-stage deliverables
• Integrate program resources (budget/timelines) and prioritize DS activities
• Apply Quality by Design principles across DS/PV deliverables
• Document risks, mitigation plans and escalate to leadership
• Mentor DSL/PVLs and strengthen CoP
• Contribute to DSPL/SMPD improvements and templates
• Support due diligence and pipeline assessments with technical evaluations
