Job summary

Sanofi US Services and its U.S. affiliates seek a senior analytical sciences leader for the Synthetics CMC Development group at Cambridge Crossing.

You will guide cross-functional teams and advance analytical strategies for small molecules and solid dosage forms, while driving digital transformation and innovation. In this role you will ensure regulatory readiness, oversee DS/DP analytics, and mentor staff to deliver first-in-class programs in collaboration with global teams across development

Qualifications

• PhD/MS/BS in Analytical Chemistry with extensive pharma experience.
• Demonstrated leadership of analytical sciences teams.
• Strong GMP/ICH knowledge and CTD experience.
• Experience with regulatory dossier submissions.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analytical sciences team across DS/DP development.
• Drive digitalization and automation roadmap.
• Develop and implement analytical strategies for early and late-stage programs.
• Oversee outsourcing decisions and internalization of activities.
• Represent the function in internal and external forums.
