Job summary

Ameri-Partners is seeking an experienced Research Scientist to support pharmaceutical and biotechnology R&D activities. You will design and execute laboratory experiments, develop analytical methods, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a regulated environment.

The role emphasizes analytical proficiency, data interpretation, and meticulous documentation to ensure GMP/GLP compliance across projects.

Qualifications

Strong experience with analytical instrumentation.
Experience interpreting scientific data and reporting results.
Excellent documentation, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Design, execute, and troubleshoot laboratory experiments supporting drug development, analytical development, formulation, or process development.
Develop, optimize, qualify, and transfer analytical methods.
Perform testing using HPLC, UPLC, GC, UV-Vis, dissolution, chromatography, spectroscopy, and other relevant analytical techniques.
Analyze experimental data, identify trends, investigate abnormalities, and provide scientifically sound conclusions.
Support method development, method validation, stability studies, method transfer, and laboratory investigations.
Prepare and review protocols, technical reports, laboratory records, and study documentation.
Ensure compliance with GMP/GLP, GDP, SOPs, and data-integrity requirements.
Collaborate with Analytical Development, Formulation, Process Development, Manufacturing, Quality, and Regulatory teams.
Troubleshoot laboratory methods, instrumentation, and experimental issues.
