Job summary

Synergy Bioscience, Inc. is seeking a seasoned analytical chemist to develop and validate methods for pharmaceutical products. The role requires leading method development, instrument troubleshooting, and ensuring GLP/GMP and FDA alignment across QA/QC.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams to support regulatory filings is essential. Ideal candidates hold a graduate degree in chemistry with 7–10 years of pharma R&D experience, and hands-on GC-MS/LC-MS, UPLC, and dissolution/TOC expertise in

Qualifications

7–10 years in analytical chemistry and R&D, including pharma R&D lab experience.
Hands-on experience with GC-MS, LC-MS, UPLC, dissolution testing, and TOC instrumentation.
Experience working under GLP/GMP standards and FDA regulatory requirements.
Experience interacting and collaborating with QA/QC teams and supporting regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

Develop, validate, and optimize analytical methods for pharmaceutical products and materials.
Operate and troubleshoot analytical laboratory instruments.
Document procedures, results, and deviations in GLP/GMP compliance.
Analyze test data and prepare technical reports.
Ensure activities meet FDA regulatory requirements and internal quality procedures.
