Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and troubleshoot laboratory experiments supporting drug development, analytical development, formulation, or process development.
• Develop, optimize, qualify, and transfer analytical methods.
• Perform testing using HPLC, UPLC, GC, UV-Vis, dissolution, chromatography, spectroscopy, and other relevant analytical techniques.
• Analyze experimental data, identify trends, investigate abnormalities, and provide scientifically sound conclusions.
• Support method development, method validation, stability studies, method transfer, and laboratory investigations.
• Prepare and review protocols, technical reports, laboratory records, and study documentation.
• Ensure compliance with GMP/GLP, GDP, SOPs, and data-integrity requirements.
• Collaborate with Analytical Development, Formulation, Process Development, Manufacturing, Quality, and Regulatory teams.
• Troubleshoot laboratory methods, instrumentation, and experimental issues.

About the Role

• Excellent documentation, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a GMP/GLP-regulated environment preferred.
