Job summary

REC Silicon is seeking a Quality Control Chemist to support analytical operations in the Specialty Gas Group. You will perform ICP-MS/GC analyses, maintain instrument reliability, and report data accurately for internal and external customers.

The role requires an Associate degree in science with chemistry experience; a Bachelor's degree is preferred. You will work in a laboratory environment with audits, SOPs, safety programs and training.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in science with 2+ years chemistry and GC experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or chemical engineering preferred with GC experience.
• Experience with ICP-MS, chromatography, gas moisture analyzers, and pyrophoric gas handling is useful.

Responsibilities

• Operate ICP-MS or GC instruments and assist with maintenance.
• Analyze clean room samples and specialty gas samples.
• Update analytical data and workflows using LIMS.
