REC Silicon Inc. seeks a Quality Control Chemist in Butte, MT to support analytical operations for the Specialty Gas Group. You will perform ICP-MS/GC analyses, validate methods, and ensure accurate data reporting for internal and external customers.

The role requires at least an AA in science with chemistry coursework, 1–3 years GC exposure, and a willingness to work in a laboratory environment with strict safety practices. A bonus plan and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Requires an AA in science with chemistry coursework and 1–3 years GC experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or chemical engineering is preferred.
• Analytical chemistry skills for electronics specialty gases are useful.

Responsabilités

• Operate ICP-MS or GC instruments and assist with maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Analyze samples from clean rooms and specialty gases and report results.
• Update data workflows in LIMS and prepare method validations.
• Support audits with laboratory data and SOP documentation.
