You will perform HPLC-based analyses, prepare samples, calibrate instruments, and document results while collaborating with teams to support new product development and uphold industry standards.

The role emphasizes data quality, safety, and the ability to work across projects, with opportunities to become a subject-matter expert and contribute to site improvements.

Qualifications

• Requires an associate degree in Chemistry or related field; bachelor’s preferred for advanced roles.
• Experience with HPLC is desirable; other chromatographic techniques considered (GC, GPC).
• Strong data quality, reporting, and documentation skills are essential.
• Proficient with MS Office and instrument-control software like Chromeleon.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform polymer characterization analytical testing and data documentation.
• Calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments and conduct routine calibrations.
• Prepare samples and interpret analytical results for product development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance new polymers and ensure standards.
• Support researchers in solving characterization challenges and data interpretation.
• Contribute to safety and site culture improvements and project goals.
