LyondellBasell’s Cincinnati Technology Center seeks an Analytical Lab Associate to conduct polymer characterization using HPLC and other analytical methods. You prepare samples, calibrate equipment, and meticulously record and interpret data to support new product development and regulatory compliance.

You’ll join a team focused on safety, quality, and innovation while maintaining instruments and collaborating across departments to advance LYB’s technology portfolio.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Chemistry or related technical field; R&D or industrial lab experience preferred.
• Experience with HPLC desirable; broader chromatography techniques considered.
• Strong data recording, interpretation and workplace communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform polymer characterization analytical testing and data reporting.
• Calibrate and maintain analytical instruments, document results.
• Collaborate with teams to develop new products and ensure compliance.
• Support safety and data integrity across the site.
