Job summary

Texas A&M Veterinary Medical Diagnostic Laboratory (TVMDL) is seeking a Diagnostic Technician in Analytical Chemistry for College Station, TX. The role involves preparing and analyzing clinical and environmental samples, operating lab instruments, and reporting results.

You will maintain data in LIMS, assist with method development, and support QA, safety, and training initiatives in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate/Bachelor in a related field preferred; LVT/MLT cert a plus.
• Experience with lab software (LIMS) and Microsoft Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze samples using standard lab procedures.
• Operate and maintain laboratory instrumentation.
• Enter results into LIMS and ensure data accuracy.
• Communicate test requests and results with clients when needed.
• Adhere to QA, safety protocols, and SOPs; assist with training.
