Job summary

Eurofins PSS Insourcing Solutions is seeking an Analytical Development (AD) Training Specialist to manage training curricula, assign role-specific training, and ensure compliance for AD personnel. You will coordinate with clients, Learning & Development, and system admins to maintain curriculum content and training records.

This full-time hybrid role requires five onsite days per month in Lexington, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a scientific, business, education, human resources, or related discipline.
• 0-4 years of experience in training administration, LMS, or compliance programs.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and administer training curricula for Analytical Development personnel.
• Review training requirements and assign mandatory and role-specific modules.
• Monitor training completion and support ongoing compliance across the organization.
• Coordinate curricula updates reflecting procedural and business changes.
