Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in biology, biochemistry, or related field.
• Experience developing and troubleshooting protein-based assays.
• Proficiency in data analysis and statistics.
• Strong written and verbal communication for cross‑functional reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute protein-based assays for the characterization and quality control of gene therapy products.
• Develop and optimize assay protocols, troubleshoot issues, and ensure assay robustness.
• Analyze data and interpret complex results to inform project goals.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate assay results into project plans.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to training.
