Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in biology/biochemistry or related field.
  • Experience developing, validating, and troubleshooting protein assays.
  • Proficiency in data analysis software and statistics.
  • Ability to contribute to project planning and strategy discussions.
  • Strong communication for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute protein-based assays for characterization and QC of gene therapy products.
  • Develop and optimize assay protocols; troubleshoot issues for robustness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align assay results with project goals.
  • Transfer assays and support validation efforts; prepare technical reports.
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to safety and regulatory documentation.
