The role focuses on method development, validation, impurity characterization, and complex investigations using modern analytical techniques.

Qualifikationen

• MS in Analytical Chemistry or closely related field.
• PhD in Analytical Chemistry or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant industrial experience for MS; Ph.D. with 0-5 years.
• Expertise in analytical method development, validation and troubleshooting.
• Experience in GLP/GMP or regulated manufacturing environment.

Aufgaben

• Design and execute analytical testing and physical characterization of products.
• Provide analytical support for local and regional operations including method development and validation across facilities.
• Lead development, optimization and validation of advanced analytical methods for actives, impurities, degradants, intermediates, and formulations.
• Support process development, process scale-up, technology transfer and manufacturing activities.
• Lead complex investigations involving unknown compounds, impurity identification and root cause analysis.
• Serve as SME for chromatography, spectroscopy, mass spectrometry and other analytical technologies.
• GLP Study Director for GLP studies to determine identity, composition and stability.
• Maintain GLP SOPs and continually improve systems.
• Act as Analytical Coordinator for contract GLP studies.
• Mentor junior scientists and lab personnel in method development and troubleshooting.
• Evaluate new analytical technologies to improve capabilities and data quality.
• Collaborate with Process Chemistry, Manufacturing, Quality and Regulatory teams.
