The ideal candidate holds a PhD in Chemistry (Analytical Chemistry preferred) with 10+ years in analytics and 3+ years in leadership. Expect cross‑functional collaboration, strategic lab modernization, and travel up to 15%.

Qualifications

• PhD in Chemistry (Analytical Chemistry preferred) or closely related scientific discipline.
• 10+ years postgraduate experience in analytical sciences, with leadership experience.
• Expert-level instrumentation: chromatography, mass spectrometry, spectroscopy including structural elucidation.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional leadership for a team of scientists with advanced degrees.
• Oversee development, validation, and application of analytical methods.
• Ensure GLP/GMP/ISO regulatory compliance and data integrity across product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, and Regulatory Affairs.
• Guide strategic method development and analytical strategy for enterprise needs.
