Job summary

Sirio Nutrition (California) LLC in City of Industry, CA is seeking a Chemist II for 2nd shift to support the Laboratories, performing analytical tests on raw materials, in-process and finished products, in accordance with SOPs and USP/NF guidelines.

Requires a BA/BS in Chemistry, 2–5 years in pharmaceutical or dietary supplements with GC/MS and/or ICP/MS experience in GMP environments; responsibilities include data documentation, troubleshooting, instrument validation, and GLP/GMP adherence.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Chemistry or scientific field
• 2–5 years in pharma or dietary supplements industry
• Experience running GC/MS and/or ICP/MS in GMP environment

Responsibilities

• Perform analytical tests of raw materials, in-process and finished products
• Document test results and troubleshoot issues during analysis
• Follow GLP, GDP, GMP, and Lab Safety Guidelines
• Write investigations for out-of-spec conditions (OOS)
• Validate laboratory instruments and analytical methods (IQ/OQ/PQ)
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety requirements
